Counting the Uncounted
African American Immigration

The data you have collected on African Americans from your local census documents is valuable information that should be shared with others.  Using the data submission tools on this page KanCRN will allow you to add that information to a national database, sharing it with other researchers.  It will also enable you and other historical researchers to view this data in a map based format.   We will be able to compare the number of African Americans immigrating from slave holding states with the number of African Americans immigrating from non-slave holding states.

Your teacher needs to be registered on KanCRN. If your teacher's registration number has been forgotten, you can use the search for schools page.
